Lakshya....

The other day I was watchin this Farhan movie... and the concept inspired me a lot... No boss this is not a movie review... what I am goin to scripple over here is the approach to the fundamentalism, when the things are down to us.... What I mean is that as the placement scene approachin and people preparin for interviews... i am involved with them extending helping hands... But as most of them doing there SWOT.. I found that what misses is the title of the post... yeah Lakshya.... yes.. its goal, aim, target, object... motive...etc.... Take whatever interpreation you want but that will only emphasize the dimensions of the everexpanding vistas of the word.... I saw people preparin wrong selves... tryin to be more polished and fake... when I asked them boss wats the aim?? most of them answers ... Arrey Goyal... pkg is wat matters... But I think different... its not the one thing that matters... when we say that we have succeded... then we should mean it financially... individually... and in more broader sense... professionally... And job satisfaction and self attainment is the thing that should drive all endeavours.... the one thing that is perfect for one can be a big bloody crap for other... I would never find my aim in somebody else's dream or vision... I have got my goals right and I know what to do to cruise towards my ultimate aim..... I have seen numerous examples where people join corporates... and surrender their resignation soon coz they r not versed with the organizational culture or maybe climate.... The heat that is on is apparently for more money.... but just peep a bit deeper and you will find that self attainment and self actualization is whatb matters the most... Know yourself... identify your targets... lock them and then fire the lethal weapon... and then only it will hit the target perfectly.. or else howsoever strong the weapon may be the effect will only depend on sheer dumb luck...
